SENTIUM
Sentium is a dream realized by the fourth generation of our Mondavi winegrowing family, banding together to create a wine uniquely expressive of our shared passion. It is born of the efforts and experience, with Fumé Blanc, of three generations before, in crafting a Sauvignon Blanc from California that can stand in the company of the great wines of the world.
Winegrower, Chiara Mondavi, is leading this fourth-generation wine project in both the winemaking and artistic vision. She works with great dedication and attention to detail to protect the wine, thereby expressing the soul of these beautiful old vines from these special sites.

SENTIUM 2024
The 2024 vintage is one of aromatic delicacy. It is both floral and savory. Notes of citrus blossom, crushed seashells, Meyer lemon curd, saffron, thyme, honeycomb, sea mist, stone fruit, and violet. There is an enticing tension on the palate; fresh and bright, with a silky midpalate, and a crystalline minerality that we love in our wine. 2024 Sentium is living proof that great wine is born of reverence for place and time, and that older vines have richer stories to tell.
